Did you configure the A/AAAA records in your DNS at cloudflare as "Proxied" or "DNS only"?
Could you try "DNS only" and test again?
In Joomla, could you check your "Gzip Page Compression" setting?
Litespeed can also be configured to gzip the tranferred data, and doing double gzip will decrease your performance.
Could you test with Joomla's "Gzip Page Compression" setting off?
