Could you post the FPA report? See the red box at the top of the screen (FPA = Forum Post Assistant).
It seems you're using a hosting provider that doesn't provide the minimum specs for Joomla 5. What Database are you using - MariaDB or MySQL? Infinity hosting information page states MySQL 5.7 or Maria DB 10.4. If using MySQL 5.7 that would be the problem as Joomla 5 requires MySQL 8.x.
I would try to switch to MariaDB 10.4 (if not already using it) as that is one of the minimum requirements. You will need to create a Maria DB and export from MySQL and import it into MariaDB, typically using a tool like PHPMYAdmin, or you can do a backup with Akeeba Backup, and restore the site using the MariaDB easily.
Can you confirm exactly what DB you're using and refer to Hosting Requirement for JOomla 5. The FPA report will give us that information.
How did you install Joomla 5? Through an auto-installer (e.g. Softaculous) on your hosting provider) or the correct, documented method here - Joomla Installation Instructions? Installing through something like Softaculous may lead to the problems you're now experiencing. The Joomla installation (recommended method) will check your hosting for the required platform.
