General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Re: Drop-down menu from right to left

I thought there where a switch LTR/RTL in the Template Style of Cassiopeia. There where not. Other Templates may have it though.

I think it's taken from the Language. Do you have a Multi Language Site?

For RTL, the file template-RTL.css is loaded instead of template.css
