As stated above you should backup your entire site. There are several tools, including free tools for that. Akeeba backup is a free and professinal tool you can use.
You can call your hosting provider and ask for a roll back or backup reinstall on your site, with the posibility that you are going to loose some content, at least for the latest backup on your server.
If you don't have that service on your hosting account, you still can backup your database but again, you will need to ask for your hosting company or research on how to backup your database, which by the way is not that complicated.
Lastly, you can hire some professioinal help for this.
